Phoenix Uniforms

Phoenix Uniforms, a leading supplier of specialised uniforms and workwear, approached us with the challenge of creating a robust e-commerce platform that could handle the complexities of their diverse product offerings and unique customer needs. The primary goal was to design and develop a website that would streamline the purchasing process for their varied client base, while ensuring a seamless user experience for both public and private customers.

Key Features and Functionality:

  1. CSV Product Upload: To accommodate the large and ever-changing product catalog, we implemented a CSV upload feature. This allows the Phoenix Uniforms team to quickly and efficiently update their product listings, ensuring that their online store remains up-to-date without the need for time-consuming manual entries.
  2. Custom Customer Logins: Recognising the need for client-specific experiences, we developed a secure login system that enables Phoenix Uniforms to create unique customer accounts. Each customer sees only their specific products, safeguarding confidentiality and ensuring a tailored shopping experience.
  3. Custom Checkout Fields: To capture necessary details specific to their industry, we integrated custom fields at checkout. This feature allows customers to provide additional information related to their orders, ensuring all essential data is collected before the order is processed.
  4. Multiple Shipping Locations: With clients spread across various locations, we built in functionality that supports multiple shipping addresses. This ensures that customers can easily specify different delivery locations per order, simplifying the logistics for bulk orders or companies with multiple branches.
  5. Pay on Account: Understanding the payment preferences of B2B clients, we integrated a ‘Pay on Account’ option. This feature enables customers to purchase items on credit, aligning with the flexible payment terms often required in this sector.
  6. Automatic Product Lists: For ease of navigation, we created an automatic product list system. This feature pulls assigned products through to the main menu, allowing customers to quickly find what they need with minimal clicks. This not only enhances the user experience but also supports faster conversions.

Phase Two: Sage OMS/CRM Integration

In the upcoming phase, we will further enhance the platform by integrating it with Phoenix Uniforms’ Sage OMS/CRM system. This integration will ensure that orders placed on the website seamlessly sync with their back-office systems, reducing manual entry, minimizing errors, and significantly saving time.

Result:

The Phoenix Uniforms website now stands as a powerful tool that supports both their operational needs and their customers’ expectations. The platform’s customisability and scalability have set a new standard in how they manage their online sales, providing a streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly experience for all users.
